Assalammualaikum and hi everyone,
The next topic I had learnt the previous UED class is about
time management. In this university life, time management is so important. We
will have lot of commitment when we attend the university such as study,
classes, assignments, extra curriculum activities and time to relax. Hence, we
need to make our own time table or schedule to organise our time.
Therefore, there is a different ways to make our own
schedule. You can arrange it in weekly, monthly or even daily. I choose to
arrange my time both weekly and monthly. In that way, I can systematise my time
and rearrange an urgent activity easily. By doing the agenda, I can optimise my
study time so that I will found out how many hours I have to study. Thus, I can
track whether I’m closer to my goals or running away from it. The calendar that
I’d learnt from this course and used to manage my life is the Fixed Commitment
Calendar.
Fixed Commitment Calendar is made to acknowledge how many
hours I had to study and revise. Hence, I can tell when I should revise some
particular subjects that I’m weak at and to strengthen the subject that I’m
good at.
This is my Fixed Commitment Calendar for this
week (30/7 until 5/8).
Time management is very important but the most important to
do is to discipline our self to follow the schedule we had. Don’t delay or
procrastinate things. Procrastination can make your life more difficult and
stress as you will be pressure to do things or work that you delayed.
See guys at the next post. Bye!
XOXO,
DIANA
